Job description

Winston Taylor is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance/structured finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs at a large law firm is preferred. We will consider candidates for our Chicago, New York, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
