Job description

  • Manage and grow a mixed book of business, including both inherited and self-sourced client relationships.
  • Support lead advisors in preparing for and conducting client meetings, including portfolio reviews and planning analysis.
  • Develop financial plans, including retirement projections, cash flow analysis, and benefits comparisons.
  • Manage client account paperwork, onboarding, and ongoing service requests.
  • Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems with accurate client information.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered.
  • Progress toward or willingness to pursue CFPยฎ certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning planning and portfolio management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred (Not Required)
    • CFPยฎ certification or active progress toward it.
    • SIE, Series 7 & 66, certification or active progress toward it.
