An international law firm and one of the top 50 AmLaw firms is seeking an associate to join their Finance practice group.


The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience to support the fund finance and/or leveraged finance practices. The successful candidate will have solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings. Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. Qualified candidates will have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
