  • Prepare and maintain loan abstracts while monitoring covenant compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with quarterly investor, lender, and company reporting.
  • Analyze property performance, debt schedules, cash flows, and valuations.
  • Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, and executive leadership on financing initiatives and special projects.
  • Research financing opportunities, market trends, and capital market activity.
  • Utilize Yardi and Excel to prepare financial analyses and reporting.

What We're Looking For

Preferred backgrounds include:
  • Commercial real estate lending
  • Commercial banking
  • Credit underwriting

Qualifications:

  • MBA, MSRE, MSRED, or other advanced education in commercial real estate or finance is a plus.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance, commercial lending, capital markets, investment analysis, or a related field. Candidates with additional experience or advanced education may be considered at the Senior Associate level.
  • Experience underwriting or analyzing commercial real estate loans strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams.
