A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Trust Finance Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing corporate trustees, financial institutions, indenture trustees, collateral agents, administrative agents, and other transaction parties in sophisticated finance transactions.

Ideal Background

3–7 years of finance, corporate trust, capital markets, structured finance, or transactional experience
• Experience representing corporate trustees, indenture trustees, collateral agents, administrative agents, or financial institutions preferred
• Experience with bond financings, securitizations, structured finance transactions, credit facilities, or other complex financing transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, indentures, trust agreements, and related financing documents
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working directly with clients and transaction teams
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• North Carolina bar admission required or ability to become admitted
