Finance Associate โ€“ Charlotte Office

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking an Associate to join our Finance & Banking Practice Group based in our Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a wide range of financial transactions, including commercial lending and leveraged finance.

Candidates should have experience representing lenders or borrowers in connection with various credit facilities and financing transactions. Experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation is preferred.

Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. They must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing in North Carolina.
