What You'll Do
You'll work directly with senior team members and clients to:
  • Analyze balance sheets, P&Ls, and cash flow to assess business performance and sustainability
  • Evaluate working capital, AR/AP, and inventory trends to identify risk and deal considerations
  • Perform targeted financial testing to validate key assumptions
  • Build and interpret financial analyses, exhibits, and models used in transaction decisions
  • Support diligence on behalf of:
    • Buyers evaluating acquisitions
    • Lenders assessing loan risk
  • Create clear, client-ready deliverables that translate data into actionable insights
  • Present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders
