Nashville SC is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join the club. The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
  • Assist with development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and key business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support management’s strategic initiatives with ad hoc financial modeling and business case analyses.
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
  • Assist with accounting and month end close as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.
  • Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.
