These abilities are crucial for making informed recommendations that drive sound financial decisions and business growth.

Will AI replace financial analysts?

  • Track and report latest financial status, including costs, investments, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare presentations and communicate financial results and recommendations to operating teams and Finance leadership
  • Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, visualization, and process efficiency
  • Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives as business needs evolve

Qualifications
You'll have...
  • Finance 1-5+ yr experience required with strong analytical skills
  • Product Development Finance experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, especially in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being comfortable presenting to operating management

Even better, you may have...

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
