Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to lead Revenue and Pricing Management initiatives within our senior housing portfolio. This role is responsible for optimizing pricing strategies, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and delivering actionable insights through advanced financial modeling and market analysis.
  1. Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities to maximize revenue and occupancy. Evaluate the effectiveness various revenue optimization, pricing and discounting initiatives.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and local demand to inform pricing decisions and strategic initiatives.
  3. Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with community-level goals and broader organizational objectives.
  4. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, promotional strategies, and capital investments.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, RevPOR (Revenue Per Occupied Room), and lead-to-move-in conversion rates.
  6. Provide regular reporting and executive-level presentations with data-driven recommendations.
  7. Ensure data integrity across systems and continuously improve reporting tools and processes

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3 of progressive financial analysis experience, with 1 year in the senior housing, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or related industry highly desired.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly valued, but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SmartView/Ess-base or similar platforms).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
