Job description

Position Summaryย 

The FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the companyโ€™s financial planning, reporting, and business analytical needs. This role partners cross-functionally with teams across the organization to analyze business performance, support budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial and operational reporting, and deliver actionable insights through various ad hoc analytics.

This position is on-site in our Nashville, TN HQ. Must reside in Nashville or relocate prior to starting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare and support monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Track and report on KPIs and key business drivers, perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting, data accuracy, and forecasting processes.
  • Support the FP&A team with special projects, ad hoc analyses, and other initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required; related certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) years related work experience (Required) in an FP&A Analyst role to include P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial analytics to identify key drivers of financial performance.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel with strong aptitude for learning financial systems and reporting platforms (e.g., PowerBI, CSD)
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and analytically about the broader financial implications of business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
