Job Description:

PROGRAM ANALYST

The WFS FRA Budget and Administrative Assistant supports the SWA Forward Repair Activity by performing comprehensive budget tracking, accounting support, and administrative duties. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Locations may vary around Southwest Asia (Iraq, Kuwait, etc)

Meaningful Work and Impact
The Budget and Administrative Assistant ensures the accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of financial data related to program activities. The role focuses on budget execution, expenditure monitoring, and maintaining accurate accounting records to support program operations.
Track program budgets, expenditures, obligations, and funding actions to ensure proper financial oversight.
Prepare routine and ad hoc budget reports, expenditure summaries, and trend analyses.
Maintain historical records of Customer Tracking Numbers (CTNs) and verify accuracy of funding documentation.
Review contract modifications for funding additions, deobligations, and fund transfers.
Apply accounting principles to analyze transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Maintain or oversee financial records including disbursements, expenses, income, and other accounting activities.
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other standard accounting reports.
Support maintenance and improvement of accounting systems to ensure timely recognition of financial transactions.
Manage daily personnel accountability and oversee personnel in-/out-processing.
Track government and GDIT training records for assigned personnel.
Assist staff with travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reporting.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational accounting and auditing procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School diploma + 7 years relevant experience
- OR BA/BS + 2 years
- OR AA/AS + 4 years
Active Secret security clearance
Valid U.S. passport with at least 2 years before expiration and 4 or more blank pages
Ability to pass CRC to deploy
Valid U.S. driver's license and international driver's permit (AAA)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Suite

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
