This isn't a โ€œrun the report and move onโ€ role. You'll dig into the numbers, connect the dots between program performance and client strategy, and help our Client Relations team walk into every conversation with answers before the questions are even asked. Along the way, you'll get handsโ€‘on with AIโ€‘assisted analytics and automation tools, helping us work smarter and deliver reporting that's faster, sharper, and genuinely useful.

Essential Functions

  • Actively pursue opportunities to utilize AI-assisted analytics, reporting automation, and data delivery tools to improve reporting efficiency and quality
  • Create and deliver customized, insightful reporting in collaboration with the Client Relations team and Plus clients, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely
  • Perform reporting analysis to make connections between, and offer insights on, program results, client strategy and operating performance
  • In addition to Client Relations, assist Business Development, Consulting Services and other Plus teams in analyzing client data for recommendations, trends, benchmarking, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support in the development and creation of client strategic reviews
  • Work with the implementation team to onboard new accounts
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to effectively identify and resolve problems, as well as use new concepts, processes and technologies to create efficiencies
  • Proactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with external partners and colleagues
  • Proactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies
  • Maintain accurate โ€œreal timeโ€ records in all Plus systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2โ€“3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Global mobility industry experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $58,000 โ€“ $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:

Salary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
