Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead analysis that informs franchise strategy, growth planning, customer segmentation, targeting, and field execution priorities.
  • Synthesize market data into executive-ready recommendations and actionable business decisions.
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks to identify performance gaps, root causes, and growth opportunities.

  • Partner across marketing, sales operations, clinical, health economics, finance, and field leadership to address business questions and influence decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a concise, compelling, and action-oriented manner.
  • Improve commercial data platforms, reporting consistency, and analytics processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.
  • Prioritize and execute ad hoc analytical requests while balancing speed, rigor, and business impact.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role within marketing, sales operations, finance, commercial strategy, business analytics, or a similar function.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
  • Experience extracting, querying, validating, and synthesizing data from multiple sources; SQL or comparable querying experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical curiosity, and ability to frame the next obvious question from initial findings.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience supporting commercial franchises, field teams, product launches, or therapy adoption initiatives.
  • Experience with segmentation, targeting, customer analytics, market modeling, or sales force effectiveness.
