Location: Americas (onsite; flexible within region)
Supplemental Pay: Bonus
Schedule: Full-time, executive leadership role
Relocation: Available based on candidate location
Travel: 25-40% across Americas and global HQ

As our next Head of Finance - Americas, you'll be at the forefront of leading all finance and accounting operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America. Your expertise in global manufacturing finance, operational cost management, and strategic financial leadership will be crucial in driving regional performance, ensuring compliance, and partnering with senior leadership to accelerate growth and profitability.Why You'll Love Working Here:

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide strategic financial leadership across the Americas, aligning regional performance with global objectives
  • Lead all FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple countries
  • Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, IFRS/GAAP, and corporate policies
  • Partner with plant and operations leaders to drive cost control, margin improvement, and capital efficiency
  • Lead, develop, and scale a large, geographically dispersed finance team
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and ERP/finance transformation initiatives
  • Serve as the key finance liaison to global HQ, executive leadership, auditors, and regulatory bodies
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within global manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, compliance, and multi-country finance operations
  • Proven experience leading large, distributed teams in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced certification
  • Experience leading finance across the Americas region (U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America)
  • ERP implementation or finance transformation experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Background supporting large-scale manufacturing operations and plant networks
