The Senior Regional Financial Analyst supports financial planning and analysis for a designated business unit or market within the pediatric health system. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and drive operational performance. The analyst works closely with operational teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals and contributes to the development of data-driven strategies through collaboration and analysis.
Position Duties
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Conducts financial analysis and reporting for assigned business units or market areas.
    • Prepares monthly variance reports and presents findings to business unit or market leadership.
    • Maintains financial models and gathers inputs to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
    • Monitors financial performance and identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support
    • Collaborates with business unit or market leaders to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations of financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts.
