Summary:
The Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. The role involves analyzing existing workflows, developing automated solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis & Optimization:

o Assess current financial and operational processes to identify automation opportunities.
o Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements for process efficiency.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows.
  • Automation Development & Implementation:

o Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using OpCon.
o Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or SQL for automation tasks.
o Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
o Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

o Work closely with Application Development to ensure automation aligns with business objectives.
o Prepare documentation for automated processes, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:

o Ensure automation solutions comply with financial regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
o Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation related to automated processes.
