Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc has an opening in its Anderson location for a Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst within the OPE Sales & Channel Finance department. Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of Promotional Activity (PCE), driving the process from initial analysis through pitch support, execution tracking, post-audits, and post-mortem reviews
  • Lead financial analysis and business case development to support promotional pitches, ensuring recommendations are aligned to revenue / profitability targets
  • Own tracking and reporting on promotional performance, identifying gaps between planned and actual results and driving corrective action
  • Lead post-audit and post-mortem reviews for completed promotions, translating findings into actionable recommendations for future planning
  • Own Month End and Forecast responsibilities for Promo & Markdown, ensuring accurate, timely reporting each cycle
  • Support the creation, governance, and delivery of business tools such as pricing and promotion calculators and approval workflows

Requirements/Knowledge
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis
  • Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner
  • Results driven individual with a track record to support
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, organized, ability to multitask with careful attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
  • 1-3+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation
  • Experience leading/managing projects highly desired
  • Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred
