The Senior Financial Analyst 

General Ledger

  • Group intercompany billing and follow up
  • Fixed Asset Handling and management
  • Cargo insurance reconciliation
  • State Tax filings and coordination with KPMG
  • Error log oversight handling and support
  • Manual file closing - gateway and stat files.
  • Phillips 66 records and filing - HSV refunds
  • Coordinate with SAP team on force closing old files
  • Coordinate with SAP team on archiving old files
  • Oversight of reporting, and financial analysis of the activities of the New York Logistics function in Secaucus.
  •  2nd Back up for treasury
  • Backup to cycle allocation updates
  • Backup to issuing local Morristown checks
  • Backup to Treasury for credit card processing
  • Backup for FTE and headcount posting
  • Assist Shared Service Center as operational interface & query handling
  • Prepare and submits journal entries as needed
  • Provides responses to auditors' requests as needed
