PAyrate: $35.17 per hour on W2

Summary:
This position will be a supporting role for Digital finance. Duties include, but are not limited to, revenue recognition, maintaining third-party contractual compliance and ad hoc financial projects. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Digital Finance.
This specifically covers the following three areas:
1) Processing third party account transaction files into systems
a) Review reported data for accuracy and completeness
b) Review of data load into the sales system, creating corresponding journal entries to record revenue
c) Review and reconciliation of the data created from digital sales processor with downstream systems
d) Resolution of transaction file issues with third party accounts
e) Maintain third party reporting and payment status report
f) New partner onboarding
2) Review and clearance of suspense transactions resulting from inaccurate data submissions from third party digital accounts
3) Management and label reporting of digital revenue
Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1) Review third-party contracts for compliance and entry into contract database
2) Communication with third-party companies regarding all issues of compliance
3) Support audit requests, forecasting and planning
4) Support user testing
5) Special projects and analysis as required
Requirements:
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels of our company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including use of pivot tables and worksheet functions
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance or Accounting required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in related field required
• SAP experience a plus
• Entertainment industry experience a plus
