Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this position is able to deliver the information, reports, and supports our internal/external customers, team members, and upper management in a timely manner while adapting to change in workload and maintaining current working related knowledge at the same time. In addition, they also will play a key role in bridging US Office and the parent company overseas by communicating with both on a regular basis. Develop new methods to work more efficiently as well as provide administrative support in an office environment. They must also be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and sales data driven and remain focused in high-demand situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind.
Job Description
  • - Understanding of product functionality, structure, and mechanical aspects
  • - Background in engineering or prior experience at a manufacturing company
  • - Ability to analyze products, develop plans, and create product strategies (Product Planning Capability)
  • - Ability to conduct multiple contractor interviews and field visits
  • - Analyze and report on the impact of the company's sales on management

  • - Fulfills special project requests from the CEO, internal/external executives, and other departments

  • - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, related industries, markets, products, competitors, customers, etc.
