MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor / Financial Planner or similar client-facing role
    (Example: Associate Financial Planner, Associate Financial Advisor, etc.)
  • Current FINRA Series 7 or Series 6 Securities License
  • Current FINRA Series 66 or 65/63 Securities License
  • Current Life, Health & Annuities License
  • CRM Software experience (Example: Redtail, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Office Software Products experience
    (Example: DocuSign, MS Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Financial Services Software experience
    (Example: Holistiplan, Wealthscape, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Advisor360, etc.)
  • Video Meeting Application experience
    (Example: MS Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. As a Financial Advisor / Financial Planner you will: 
 
  • Initiate, track and complete client paperwork
  • Effectively manage current clients, new leads and grow an assigned "book" of clients
  • Assist in developing and executing financial plans and strategies for current and future clients
  • Follow-up on and document pending business with companies and clients
  • Actively participate in pre and post client meeting support
  • Prepare financial plans, periodic planning reports and develop strategic recommendations
  • Support Financial Advisor leadership team in the development, research, and analysis of client financial plans
  • Conduct client presentations regarding financial and tax planning options and opportunities as needed
  • Assist leadership team with plan analysis, plan design and development of a client strategy to meet client goals
  • Update CRM / Database System and client data to reflect most current communications and accurate information
  • Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved, sustaining high standards for client experience
  • Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
  • Develop a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation, while being able to structure a goal-based investment and financial plan
  • Establish trust and confidence with clients, responding to any financial issue being discussed and solutions offered
  • Develop effective working relationships with all members of the firm, and vendors, ultimately providing effective, high-quality service for clients
  • Collaborate with team members on helping to integrate: tax, investments, insurance, estate planning and cash flow all into the client's overall financial plan

COMPENSATION:
