Job description

Optimize Partners offers full-time direct hire, consulting and temporary employment staffing for both Fortune 500 companies and Start-ups. We specialize in recruiting and placing top tier talent in software engineering, digital marketing, supply chain and HR/Finance Operations. 

We're looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a long-term temporary basis to provide admin support at the offices of one of our clients, a fast growing technology start-up in NYC. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin support to an office of 60+ employees, but reporting into senior management
  • Coordinate and schedule events, including catered lunches, interviews, and hosted meet-ups
  • Organize files on shared computer folders and handle inbound/outbound mail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 2 years of related expereince as an admin assistant.
