Asia Live is hiring an experienced Corporate Administration Assistant to work closely with operations and a 3rd party accounting firm. This role involves various accounting functions such as accounts payable reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, and more. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience, a degree in

Accounting or a related field, and be proficient in Excel and pivot tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable reconciliation and administration
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cash management and forecasting
  • Financial reporting and cost analysis
  • Assist with H.R. and employee benefits administration
  • Payroll processing and administration
  • Prepare weekly operations reports
  • Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in restaurant/hospitality/retail
