Senior Program Manager Lead-to-Cash Transformation

Location: Houston, TX Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Lead-to-Cash transformation across business and technology teams. This role will manage multiple workstreams, executive stakeholders, governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery to achieve enterprise transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, governance, and execution of complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across sales, contracting, pricing, billing, customer care, renewals, and technology.
  • Develop integrated program roadmaps, milestones, schedules, and delivery plans.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and critical-path activities.
  • Lead executive steering committees and governance meetings.
  • Provide senior leadership with clear updates on program health, risks, milestones, and financials.
  • Coordinate planning, testing, deployment, release, and stabilization activities.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and delivery teams.
  • Drive process modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Experience working across business and technology teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, or Customer Experience transformation.
  • Digital modernization and business process transformation experience.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or agentic operating models.
  • Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery experience.
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.
