The Head of ETP, Finance & Supply Chain provides strategic and operational leadership for the enterprise technology portfolio supporting Oracle Finance, Oracle Supply Chain, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role owns the technology roadmap, service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement for these critical business platforms, ensuring they enable scalable, controlled, data-driven, and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Oracle Finance, Oracle Supply Chain, and CLM technology portfolios, setting strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and operating plans aligned to business objectives and value-creation goals.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Technology leaders to translate business needs into sustainable platform capabilities and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide accountable leadership for Oracle Fusion enhancements, remediation, integrations, data quality, controls, and production support.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio governance, including prioritization, investment planning, risk management, architecture decisions, release management, and performance reporting.
  • Define the integration, data, analytics, and decision-intelligence strategy that connects core enterprise processes and enables timely business insight.
  • Identify and scale practical AI and intelligent-automation opportunities within Finance, Supply Chain, and CLM workflows, with appropriate controls, adoption, and value measurement.
  • Lead technology work streams for major operating-model changes, including acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs when required.
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization and adoption across procure-to-pay, record-to-report, supply-chain processes, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Ensure appropriate financial-process controls, security, compliance, and audit readiness across the supported platforms.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product, functional, technical, data, and delivery professionals; oversee strategic implementation partners and vendors.
  • Manage budget, resource capacity, vendor performance, technology cost optimization, and delivery commitments for the portfolio.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and cross-functional issues, ensuring timely decisions, communication, and resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Significant leadership experience managing enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain; CLM experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex ERP transformations, enterprise integrations, data/analytics initiatives, controls/compliance programs, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or modern SaaS capabilities to improve enterprise operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting private-equity, M&A, post-merger integration, divestiture, or carve-out transformations is preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder-management, financial acumen, and people-leadership skills.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $230,000 USD/annualized
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
