What you will accomplish with us
As a Student - HR Knowledge, Portal Content and Procedure Writer, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Inventorying existing content based on prioritized topics;
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather the information required for content development;
  • Selecting and structuring relevant content to support process or task efficiency;
  • Writing clear, accurate, and consistent knowledge articles and procedures for internal users in accordance with established standards and SharePoint templates;
  • Performing linguistic reviews, integrating content, and publishing knowledge articles in both French and English.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying communications, translation, human resources, training, technical writing, or a related field;
  • Has experience writing content and procedures;
  • Is recognized for their teamwork and collaborative mindset;
  • Stands out for their writing and summarization skills;

  • Has strong analytical abilities;
  • Possesses an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with English-speaking colleagues and internal partners across Canada and the United States, in addition to creating content in English on a daily basis;
  • Has experience with writing and publishing tools in SharePoint (an asset).
