Production Operator | Brigham City, UT


Nexeo HR is seeking Production Operators for a premier food production facility in Brigham City, UT. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with an amazing culture, strong benefits and perks upon hire, and annual raise potential (0.5%–3% each January if hired on).

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards
  • Complete hourly quality and production reports accurately
  • Perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming product
  • Report quality defects to appropriate team members and shift leadership
  • Follow all plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in production and assigned areas
  • Ensure proper raw material levels to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot minor production line issues
  • Perform relief duties as required
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance


Qualifications

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately complete reports
  • Dependable transportation
  • Career-minded with a willingness to learn and grow


Pay

$20.00 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Grave Shift 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

2-2-3 rotating schedule
