Job description

Position Overview Paisley Park is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial management and support organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Track and reconcile event and operational expenses
  • Maintain financial records and internal controls
  • Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payments
  • Support audit preparation and work with external accounting partners
  • Monitor revenue and expenses and provide financial insights to leadership
  • Assist with vendor agreements and financial documentation as needed
  • Support tax-related documentation and coordination with external tax advisors

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • CPA certification preferred
  • 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • Knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partners
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
