Job Summary:
This is a Great Opportunity to become a leader in a great Company. We are seeking a growth minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing refreshment operations. As the District Operations Manager you will work with the District Manager to support our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for drivers and internal teams, addressing day-to-day operational questions and resolving issues.
• Ensure successful execution of all routes by monitoring completion, identifying gaps, and taking corrective action as needed
• Review end-of-day reports and operational data to verify service completion, identify discrepancies, and drive accountability
• Partner with district leadership and data analysts to review performance metrics, analyze trends, and support operational improvements
• Support, manage, and provide direction to route drivers, reinforcing service standards, safety, and efficiency
• Collaborate with route supervisors to ensure adequate route coverage, assist with escalations, and support special projects or operational needs
• Support and as needed, cover assigned vending and water delivery routes to ensure continuity of service
• Load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations in accordance with company standards
• Restock machines, rotate inventory, and maintain product quality and presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of three years related experience
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial data
  • Excellent presentations skills required
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
