MPS - is seeking a detail-driven and motivated Finance Manager to lead the Group's forecasting, business analytics, and executive reporting functions. This role partners with leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functional areas to coordinate planning activities, evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights. The Finance Manager ensures forecasts are built from clearly defined business drivers, validated data sources, transparent assumptions, and disciplined review processes. Deliverables include executive-level forecasts, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analysis that improve visibility into future performance, support proactive decision-making, and strengthen accountability across the Group.
What You'll Do
Forecasting Architecture & Analytics
  • Design a robust, driver-based forecasting framework supporting revenue, profitability, operating expenses, working capital, and overall business performance.
  • Establish forecast methodologies, assumptions, source data requirements, ownership, review cadence, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate forecast inputs across functional teams and ensure alignment with operational plans and business objectives.
  • Develop scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment tools that improve forecast accuracy, transparency, and business accountability.
  • Create scalable analytical tools that support budgeting, strategic planning, capital investments, pricing decisions, and other key business initiatives.

Reporting & Business Intelligence
  • Prepare executive-level forecast packages, business reviews, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Develop financial bridges and analyses that explain key performance drivers, forecast changes, risks, opportunities, and future outlook.
  • Create polished, presentation-ready reporting that is concise, visually intuitive, and focused on actionable insights.
  • Standardize reporting methodologies, dashboards, and analytical frameworks across the Group.

Performance Management & Process Improvement
  • Maintain KPI scorecards and performance dashboards tied to operational and financial drivers.
  • Establish recurring performance review routines with the Group Finance Director and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Automate and enhance FP&A processes to improve data integrity, consistency, planning efficiency, and analytical effectiveness.

What You'll Need to Excel in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced business degrees preferred.
  • FPAC or relevant certification preferred. 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, supporting manufacturing or industrial operations (preferably PE-backed).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, operational KPIs, and investment metrics.
  • Expertise developing advanced financial modeling.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience automating and standardizing reports using Power BI or similar business systems.
