Summary:

This role is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, maintaining key performance dashboards, and assisting with a variety of financial projects across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Microsoft Excel worksheets to assist with complex financial analysis
  • Assist with monthly internal reporting and quarterly SEC reporting
  • Analyze current data, including through the use of AI, to assist the Finance department and Corporate oversight
  • Utilize ERP systems for monthly close and reporting
  • Utilize OpenAI Codex and Power BI for daily and monthly reporting to create actionable insight
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and subsidiaries
  • Other financial duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Five or more years of full-time, applicable experience
  • Experience in public accounting and/or within a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems to support financial analysis and reporting
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently on projects
  • Positive Attitude
