Responsibilities
  • In cooperation with the Sr. Director coordinate budget meetings, tasks and responsibilities to compile budget and meet deadlines.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance or mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to build, maintain and validate actuals and budget.
  • In collaboration with the Finance team develop monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts.
  • Provides monthly analytical support to department managers.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate and timely financial records
  • Assist in building, developing, and motivating staff, team and partners.
  • Assists Sr. Director and organizational leaders with special projects.

Requirements
  • Must possess a BS in accounting, business administration or related field.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems.
