The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities by providing accurate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business insights. Job Description:
Financial Planning & Budget Management
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide timely analysis of key variances.
  • Support business leaders in developing financial plans and achieving operational goals.
  • Maintain financial models and planning tools to support decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Develop management presentations and reporting materials for leadership teams.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Banking & Treasury Support
  • Coordinate banking-related activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Support cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financing initiatives.
  • Assist with financial information requests and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain key financial schedules and supporting documentation.

Dashboard & KPI Management
