We’re looking to add an entry level Accounting and Finance Recruiter that will join Coda and learn the business through a research role, supporting that vast amount of searches our team is working in. The ultimate goal for the role is to work into a full desk recruiter.


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales. Internships or experience in the financial services space is a plus. A business acumen in the accounting/finance side of companies large and small.

  • Keep up to to date on ongoing trends and hiring needs; attending conferences, events, etc. Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the team and company.


Background requirements:

  • Business/Accounting/Finance Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Must be commutable to NYC - 530 5th Ave
