Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership across HR, finance, and organizational operations by driving accountability, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with company goals and core values.

  • Lead all human resources functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives.

  • Oversee workplace safety, risk management, workers' compensation, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.

  • Eventual oversight of financial management and strategy, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, cash flow, internal controls, and financial performance analysis to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in HR, Management or Finance. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee management, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to oversee finances, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
