Now Hiring: Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Kals Motor Group is a family-owned used car dealership in Wadena, MN, and we're looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team.

If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers secure financing while providing an outstanding buying experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Sundays Off

What You'll Do:

  • Arrange vehicle financing with a variety of lending partners
  • Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers
  • Prepare and complete all financing and title paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions

  • Previous automotive F&I, finance, banking, or lending experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
