Latin America Sub-Region Finance Manager

Location: Hanover Park, IL
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the accounting and finance function across the Latin America region. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax compliance, and internal controls while partnering with regional leadership to drive business performance and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and tax functions.
  • Manage monthly financial close and consolidated financial reporting.
  • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Prepare business cases for capital investments and major projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
  • Support external and internal audits.
  • Develop profitability, pricing, and cost analysis reports.
  • Prepare executive presentations and ad hoc financial analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of accounting and finance management experience.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-site operations.
  • ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is a plus).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent English required.
