Opportunity

The Director-Finance, Fixtures leader is accountable for financial strategy, performance, and decision support across Toilets/Seats, Styling Space, KB B&S, and Vikrell. This role partners with Fixtures leadership to shape category priorities, evaluate business tradeoffs, and drive profitable growth, margin expansion, cash performance, and value creation.

The role embeds Finance in key business decisions through forward-looking insight, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and guidance on pricing, portfolio, mix, investments, and resource allocation. This leader also builds a high-performing, business-facing Finance team while ensuring strong controls, governance, risk awareness, and disciplined decision-making.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead the Finance agenda, performance management, and decision support for the Fixtures portfolio across Toilets/Seats, Styling Space, KB B&S, and Vikrell.
  • Serve as a core member of the Fixtures leadership team, helping shape category strategy, priorities, direction, and key business tradeoffs.
  • Advise business leaders on pricing, portfolio, mix, promotions, investment decisions, margin opportunities, rationalization, and resource allocation.
  • Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions and future business performance.
  • Translate Fixtures portfolio strategy into financial priorities, business cases, KPIs, and actionable insights that support profitable growth and value creation.
  • Drive value creation through growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, cash performance, and disciplined investment decisions.
  • Establish and embed performance routines and KPIs tied to revenue, margin, EBIT, cash, forecast accuracy, and value creation.
  • Provide clear, timely, decision-ready insight on business performance, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
  • Ensure Finance is engaged early and consistently in key business decisions across the Fixtures portfolio.
  • Partner with FP&A and shared support teams to ensure planning, forecasting, reporting, and close-related work are appropriately aligned and do not dilute the business-facing focus of the role.
  • Support working capital, inventory, and cash flow decisions through partnership with shared Finance resources, supply chain, S&OP, and operations teams.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Fixtures Finance team with strong business partnership, analytical capability, accountability, and succession depth.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying work, reducing low-value activity, improving speed to insight, and increasing the use of data analytics and scalable tools.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk awareness are embedded into category decisions and business processes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity, ethics, candor, and accountability, and expect the same from the supporting team.
