Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST to join our FISCAL SERVICES team!
The Senior Financial Analyst coordinates accounting and financial matters for the Division. They support the Regional Director of Finance in driving strategic planning and forecasting processes that support decision making. They contribute to larger system finance initiatives as part of the fiscal services team and collaborate to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the Division.
The Senior Financial Analyst may also be responsible for assisting with the accurate, complete and timely preparation of reports, providing analytical support for projects, as well improvement of finance processes, procedures and documentation. Project coordination and implementation may also be a focus of this role. This position interacts with cross-functional groups throughout the organization both within and outside of Finance.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience in related area.
  • Minimum of five to seven years of health care financial management experience.
