Our growing diversified investment banking team is seeking an Experienced Analyst / Associate to join our team in Edmonton to play a key role across all aspects of transaction delivery.
What you will do
As part of the deal team, you will have meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior bankers and client management teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of M&A transactions, including divestitures, acquisitions, debt/equity financings and financial analysis mandates.

- Analyzing historical and projected financial performance to assess key value drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Conducting industry and market research, including competitive benchmarking and buyer universe analysis.
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables, including pitch materials, confidential information memorandum, management presentations, and other Corporate Finance materials.
- Compiling complex information into clear, concise insights for both internal and client-facing purposes.

- Deal Advisory team events throughout the year to help build a strong team culture
- Modern office space in our recently renovated downtown offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg
