The Associate Chief Financial Officer, UK HealthCare is a key executive leader supporting the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. This role provides strategic financial leadership for a complex, mission-driven academic medical center, partnering with senior leaders to advance clinical care, education, research, and long-term financial sustainability. The ACFO oversees budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance while helping guide major strategic initiatives and investments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the College of Medicine.
• Partner with executive leaders to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-range planning initiatives.

Preferred Education/Experience
A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance or a closely related field is ideal. Certified Public Accountant preferred. Membership in and designation from a professional society such as HFMA, ACHE and/or CPME is also preferred.
