Job description

Position Summary:

A finance associate is a professional who works in the finance department of a company or financial institution. Their primary role is to support the financial operations of the organization and ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

-Accurate Entry of Daily Financial Transactions in SAP  Ensure that all daily financial transactions are properly and accurately entered the SAP system.

-Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly bank account balances.

-Perform cash flow forecasting to predict and manage liquidity requirements.

-Draft regular payment lists based on scheduled payment dates per vendor.  Manage the approval process for scheduled payments.

- Create aging reports for receivables and payables.

- Track, analyze, and manage overdue invoices and outstanding balances.

- Prepare and organize financial documents for audit purposes.

- Ensure readiness and compliance for both internal and external audit requirements.

- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for cash and treasury management

- Analyze variances and adjust forecasts as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minium over 7 years required.

- Strong finance operational foundation in performance management.  Intermediate to adcvanced proficency in Excel and PPT.

- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and

analysis.
