Job description

Position Summary:

A finance associate is a professional who works in the finance department of a company or financial institution. Their primary role is to support the financial operations of the organization and ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily treasury operations, cash disbursements, and banking transactions  Manage corporate accounts, expense documentation, vouchers, and accounting records

  • Support accounts payable/accounts receivable (AP/AR) processing and basic accounting entries

  • Prepare daily cash flow reports and assist with expense settlements and invoice

  • Support month-end closing activities and general finance administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
