Salary /Hybrid
The salary budget for this role, based in New York, on a 3-day hybrid work model, is $77,000.00.

Position Summary:
We are seeking Finance Analysts to join our dynamic Finance team. These roles are ideal for recent graduates with relevant internships or up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in Finance. Analysts will play a key role in supporting the planning and analysis of financial performance across various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support monthly P&L reporting, latest estimates, and budget submissions into group reporting tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and resource allocation
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of key financial reports and systems
  • Assist in preparing consolidated commentary and presentations for senior leadership
  • Own and develop the creation of reporting dashboards to track KPIs and inform decision making
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analyses
