Job Overview

A Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the finance team by preparing financial reports, maintaining financial models, reconciling data, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting processes, and developing foundational financial analysis skills while collaborating with cross functional teams to support business operations and decision making.


(P) Production Responsibilities

  • Prepare recurring financial reports including branch, channel, and departmental financial performance.
  • Maintain and update financial models created by senior finance team members.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Prepare clear and accurate financial summaries for internal stakeholders.


(A) Administrative Responsibilities

  • Reconcile financial and operational data across systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly variance tracking against budgets.
  • Support the annual budget preparation process by gathering and organizing departmental inputs.
  • Assist with documenting financial processes and maintaining reporting procedures.

  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
