What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across Ready Mix operations to ensure consistent, high‑performing concrete products.
  • Conduct routine field testing, mix evaluations, and jobsite inspections while troubleshooting quality issues with a solutions‑focused, collaborative approach.
  • Partner closely with operations, production, sales, and customer teams to provide technical support and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Support optimization of mix designs, material usage, and production processes to improve consistency, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate quality data, documentation, and reports to support transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of Ready Mix concrete materials, mix designs, testing methods, and industry quality standards (ASTM, ACI, DOT).
