Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience.


This pivotal role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure products meet rigorous standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, with a strong focus on quality management principles. As a key leader in our organization, you will foster cross-functional collaboration and uphold the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance to support our commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures

Conduct regular quality audits across production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards in production.

Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for product defects or non-conformities using analysis skills and Six Sigma tools.

Oversee quality inspection activities

Manage internal and external audits related to quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and certification bodies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Train staff on quality assurance protocols

Experience
