We are looking for motivated, licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our growing sales team.

This is an opportunity for agents who want to sell insurance instead of spending all day searching for their own prospects.


We provide the tools, leads, training, sales process, and support you need to focus on what you do best: meeting with clients, presenting solutions, and closing business.


Compensation & Schedule

100% Commission | $60,000–$300,000+ Earning Potential

This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Even our lower-producing agents have the opportunity to earn around $60,000 annually, while strong producers can earn $300,000+ per year.

What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will:

  • Meet with prospective clients in their homes

  • Present appropriate coverage options
  • Complete electronic applications
  • Work with clients through the underwriting process
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Build relationships with your clients
  • Ask for referrals and identify additional insurance opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a personal book of business
  • Consistently work your assigned leads and appointments
