JOB OVERVIEW
  • We are seeking a Content Producer, Social & Video to drive the creation and performance of video-first content across our global social media channels. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution, audience growth, and data-driven optimization.
  • You will play a key role in scaling our social presence by developing high-impact content, leveraging platform trends, and continuously refining strategy based on performance insights.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Video production & content development
    • Produce and edit high-quality, platform-native video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
    • Support the development of integrated social campaigns with a strong emphasis on video
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and global positioning
  • Creative strategy & trend leadership
    • Monitor and benchmark industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
    • Translate insights into scalable creative concepts and repeatable content formats
    • Recommend innovative approaches to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Performance analytics & optimization
    • Analyze social and video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Apply insights to continuously optimize creative, messaging, and distribution strategies
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign and pipeline objectives
  • Social Media Execution & Governance
    • Develop compelling, platform-specific social copy and messaging
    • Support publishing, scheduling, and reporting via Sprout Social
    • Ensure adherence to best practices, platform algorithms, and governance standards
  • The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-6+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or video production, ideally within a B2B or enterprise environment
  • Deep understanding of social platform dynamics, audience behavior, and content performance drivers
  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Experience with Sprout Social or enterprise social media management platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging social copy

WORKING CONDITIONS
