Full-Time Photographer/Videographer – ORLANDO, FLORIDA (Long-Term Role)

Stokes Creative Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Photographer/Videographer based in the Orlando, FL area to join our in-house production team. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned creative professional to support a diverse and growing client base across transportation, infrastructure, and related markets.

We are looking for someone who combines a strong creative vision with solid technical skills, works well under minimal supervision, and takes ownership of projects from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photography and HD video on location across the Baltimore region and surrounding areas.

  • Operate professional cameras and related production equipment with confidence and consistency.

  • Log, organize, and prepare footage and imagery for post-production.

  • Collaborate with our internal creative and account teams, incorporating direction while contributing your own ideas.

  • Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency on every assignment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional field production experience as a photographer and/or videographer.

  • Proven experience with camera operation and shooting HD video in real-world environments.

  • Familiarity with editing software (Final Cut Pro/Final Cut Pro X or similar) strongly preferred.

  • Strong creative eye, excellent composition, and extreme attention to detail.

  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness and ability to travel on short notice and work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

  • Reliable personal transportation required.

  • Ownership of professional-level equipment is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Must be able to provide a comprehensive portfolio/reel showcasing photography and videography work.

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
