BASE PAY$16.90 - $19.50JOB DESCRIPTION

DEPARTMENT:Operations

REPORTS TO: General Manager

JOB DUTIES

Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service.

Answer Plex Call System on time to further assist guests.

Embody Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.

Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Cinepolis offerings.

Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible.

Demonstrate Passion, Commitment, and Integrity at all times by running food and beverages, bussing trays and cleaning seats, and helping other team members whenever possible.

Ensure all food orders are inputted rapidly and accurately in point of sale system and check back with guests to ensure they have received their orders and everything they need to enjoy their meal.

Obtain a credit card when order is placed to ensure payment and to create a smooth experience for guests with limited disruptions later into the film.

Process all payments correctly and responsibly and returning to guests at appropriate times to limit disruptions to the films

Implement alcohol service and safety training, including not over-serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary.

Process daily server paperwork accurately and timely

Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages

Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper res if unable to assist

Assist with crowd control and seating of guests as needed.

Cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management or the projectionist when issues arise.

Inform management of guest complaints and or maintenance requests.

Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures- including but not limited to side work.

Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.

Support daily operations by cleaning theaters in between movie sessions and at the end of the night

Responsible for the delivery of food and drink items ordered for assigned sections or in support of other sections that are not directly assigned


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS


Must be 18 years or older.
1+ years of full-service serving experience.
ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required.
Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Is organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively.
Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing.
Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.
