As Manager, Loyalty Strategy & Customer Growth, you will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our membership programs. Working cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, CRM, Digital, Analytics, Operations, Technology, and Finance, you will help shape the future of Regal's loyalty programs. From optimizing customer journeys and rewards strategies to developing strategic partnerships and business cases, you will play a key role in delivering customer-centric initiatives that strengthen loyalty, increase visitation frequency, and support long-term business growth.

What will you be doing?

  • You will develop and execute strategies that drive loyalty membership growth, subscription enrollment, customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • You will partner with Analytics to analyze customer behavior, optimize marketing campaign performance, and loyalty metrics to identify insights and opportunities that inform business decisions.
  • You will partner with CRM and Digital Marketing teams to create personalized customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and testing strategies that improve performance.
  • You will enhance Regal's rewards and membership experience by evaluating benefits, promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement opportunities.

About you

  • You will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • You will bring 5–8 years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, loyalty subscription management, customer engagement, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, business strategy, or growth marketing.
  • You will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer data and insights into actionable business strategies and recommendations.
  • You will have experience managing cross-functional projects and building relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
