JOB BRIEF

As an Accounting Success Specialist at GreenSlate, you will be the primary point of contact for clients using our production accounting and payroll software. You’ll assist by answering questions via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring every user has the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. You will work closely with internal teams to escalate bugs, contribute to QA testing, and help shape a consistently positive client experience. Your accounting expertise and service mindset will directly strengthen the relationships that set GreenSlate apart in the entertainment industry. 

This position is remote within the United States; candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone to be considered.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  • Work directly with clients to answer their accounting and other software support questions, via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with QA testing of new software releases
  • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
  • Utilize HubSpot help desk software to log tickets and resolutions
  • Submit software development requests and bugs to development on behalf of users
  • Assist with planning and coordinating user communications as necessary
  • Perform data integrity GL reconciliations on the client's behalf as necessary

SALARY RANGE: $50K to $60K
